Women’s Learning Circle
A monthly in-person gathering where women come together to learn from each other, not from experts — but from lived experience.
What Is the Women’s Learning Circle (WLC)?
The Women’s Learning Circle is a peer-led monthly space for women to grow, reflect, and learn — together. Held on the first Sunday of every month in Kuala Lumpur, and now expanding to university campuses and community spaces, each WLC session invites women of all backgrounds to explore emotional resilience, everyday wisdom, and authentic connection. This is not a workshop. This is not a class.
This is a circle — grounded in shared humanity.
We share stories, perspectives, and embodied practices on themes that matter: from confidence and grief, to financial literacy and feminine wellness. One woman may offer a practice — breath-work, movement, journaling, ancestral ritual, or everyday life tools — always drawn from personal experience, never from a place of hierarchy or performance.
Then, we open the space: for voices, silences, emotions, and insights to emerge.
No fixing. No teaching. Just deep presence and real-time wisdom.
Why Peer-to-Peer?
We believe in horizontal leadership — a model where power is shared, not held. In the WLC, every woman is a teacher, and every woman is a student. We come together not to be fixed or led, but to be heard, seen, and supported by one another.
Our circles are rooted in the belief that lived experience is knowledge, and that emotional intelligence, community care, and everyday wisdom are just as valuable as formal education or expert advice. This is how we decolonise and decentralise learning — by trusting what’s already within us, and by removing hierarchy from the process of growth.
We uphold the principles of:
Mutual Respect
Every woman’s voice, silence, and presence are honoured equally.
Non-Hierarchical Sharing
There are no panels, no gurus, no fixing — just shared space.
Decolonised and decentralised learning
We centre lived experience, community wisdom, and collective leadership.
Emotional safety and consent
You are never expected to share more than you’re ready to. Your boundaries shape the space.
Whether you’re a mother returning to work, a university student navigating life transitions, an artist seeking deeper connection, or a leader exploring inner growth — you are welcome here.
You don’t need to prepare. You don’t need to perform.
Just come as you are.
You already belong.
