Women’s Circle of Malaysia (WCM) is a community-first organisation supporting women and girls in returning to wellness, wisdom, and wholeness. Through body-based healing, climate education, financial literacy, and intergenerational learning, WCM offers gentle yet grounded spaces for restoration, reconnection, and growth. Rooted in ancestral knowledge and guided by lived experience, the circle is our method — and our metaphor. Whether through a waterfall ritual, a money conversation, or a forest walk, we believe that personal healing ripples outward — into our families, our communities, and the Earth itself.
Our Story
Women’s Circle of Malaysia (WCM) began in 2021 with one clear intention: to create gentle, grounded spaces where women could return to themselves — through voice, movement, and community.
Founded by Ranessa Theyakaraja, WCM was born from lived experience and the belief that creative expression is a powerful path to healing. What began as small gatherings soon grew into a living ecosystem: monthly circles, girls’ programs, nature-based retreats, and community learning spaces.
In 2025, Adelina Chan joined as co-steward, bringing with her a deep connection to water, land, and ecological practices that continue to shape WCM’s approach to wellness and care.
Together, they guide WCM’s rhythm — blending emotional healing and practical learning, inner growth and collective connection — to offer a uniquely Malaysian model of women’s wellness, sustainability, and education.
