Who We Are
Sometimes you really don’t need therapy or a life coach or some programme or person or even AI telling you what to do. Sometimes you just need to say it out loud in a room full of women who get it, in a space that is truly build to hold your truth.
That feeling of being heard, of hearing yourself, of leaving lighter than you arrived is exactly why Women’s Circle of Malaysia exists.
Here, a woman is not defined by her title, her industry, or her stage of life. She is simply and powerfully herself.
Women’s Circle of Malaysia was founded by Ranessa in 2021 who believed that the skills she had honed on stage and in healing spaces belonged in the hands of every woman. She built WCM from the ground up, bootstrapped. and was driven by one belief: that every woman deserves a space to be fully herself.
In 2025, Adelina Chan became Co-Founder. Together, they are taking Women’s Circle from Malaysia to the world. Since 2021, we have been holding that space through circles, conversations, learning sessions, and experiences designed to help women come back to themselves. In this space, we do not compete. We simply show up honestly, curiously, and without judgement.

What We Do
We find great joy in creating spaces where you can be free.
Free to say the things you have been holding back for so long you have almost forgotten they are there. Free to feel what you have been pushing down because there was never quite the right moment, the right space, or the right people around you. Free to want more for yourself, more from your life — without anyone making you feel like that is too much.
In every circle we hold, we remove all competition and one-upmanship — so that you can simply show up as an honest, real woman. For yourself. And for each other.
The healing here happens because you finally have room to hear yourself. Women who have sat in our circles have found clarity in their journeys because they allowed themselves to stop long enough to actually listen. And that is how the most whole, most beautiful, most abundant version of you has space to breathe, to grow, and to become.
It works because women have always healed each other this way. All we have ever needed is somewhere to do it.
