Soft Rhythm is a living, breathing women’s wellness membership that offers consistent monthly practices while evolving with the rhythm of the women who gather. It combines breathwork, vocal healing, and nature-based experiences to support emotional release, mental resilience, and embodied confidence. Rooted in the power of voice, breath, and nature, each month brings something familiar yet new, a consistent anchor with space for discovery and flow. Whether you’re navigating burnout, reclaiming your voice, or seeking gentle strength, Soft Rhythm is a monthly space to return to yourself:one breath, one sound, one step at a time.
What’s Included Each Month
Your Soft Rhythm membership includes four intentional sessions per month — thoughtfully crafted to support your body, voice, and emotional well-being:
1. Mermaid Breathwork – 60 mins (2x/month)
Inspired by the strength and flow of water, this breath-work supports:
• Mental resilience and clarity
• Emotional regulation
• Nervous system calm
Sessions are guided gently on land or water settings to mirror your own emotional depth and strength.
2. Vocal Activation-60 mins (2x/month)
Unlock your voice as a tool for healing, grounding, and self-expression. These sessions support:
• Confidence in speaking and singing
• Energetic release through sound
• Reconnection to your truth and rhythm
3. Nature-Based Embodiment (Optional Add-ons)
Waterfall walks, womb-cleansing rituals, and body confidence practices in nature help restore trust in your body and peace in your mind.
All sessions are in-person and held in safe, supportive spaces in Malaysia. Additional healing opportunities and circle invitations may evolve month to month — because Soft Rhythm lives and breathes with you.
