Community Steward, Economic Livelihoods & Grassroots Education
Ranessa leads the economic livelihoods and grassroots education work within Women’s Circle of Malaysia. With over 16 years of experience in performing arts, wellness facilitation, and women’s leadership, she creates programmes that blend creative healing, peer learning, and income-generating pathways for women and girls in Malaysia.
She anchors WCM’s social mission — including peer-led education models, vocal healing, and initiatives which centre emotional clarity, storytelling, and community-supported ways for women to care for themselves while sustaining others.
Adelina Chan
Earth Steward, Ecological Integrity & Environmental Practice
Adelina co-leads Women’s Circle of Malaysia with a focus on nature-based wellness, water healing, and intuitive ecology. A former Miss Malaysia titleholder with a background in the arts, she brings a grounded yet vibrant presence to WCM’s environmental rhythm.
As an SSI International Mermaid Instructor Trainer, Adelina guides women through water-based practices that support body confidence, emotional resilience, and self-expression. She nurtures WCM’s ecological values through lived connection with land and water — not through theory, but through practice, presence, and play.
