Our membership is not free as in sign up and we’ll charge you later. Free as in genuinely, completely, no catch free. You earn your place here by showing up. And the more consistently you show up, the more this community gives back to you. No subscription. No monthly fee. No tier you have to pay to unlock. Just you walking through the door on the first Thursday of every month.
We took a long time to do it this way because we believe something deeply and completely at Women’s Circle of Malaysia, that the only path to truth is safety. And when a woman doesn’t feel safe no matter her creed, she performs, manages the situation (and sometimes even herself), so that she says what is expected and swallows what is real.
The same is true the other way: the only path to safety is truth. When women speak honestly, and we mean, when they say what they actually mean in a room that can hold it — something shifts. The space becomes safer for everyone in it.
Truth and a safe space create each other. You cannot have one without the other.
That is why we built the circle and run it every first Thursday. And that is why everything that follows from your first Thursday — every tier, every milestone, every experience we offer — is built on that one belief.
Here is exactly how it works:
Your tier has no deadline but the circle does.
Every circle is capped at 25 women. Every early bird offer expires. Every ballot opens and closes. Every retreat has limited space.
Your place in this community is yours for life but your seat at the next circle — that you have to claim.
Your First Circle
Everything begins here.
It might be something specific, perhaps a decision you cannot make, a relationship that isn’t working, a version of yourself you have lost somewhere in the middle of everything else. Or it might just be that vague, heavy feeling of running on empty while still showing up for everyone around you.
Whatever it is, you do not have to figure it out before you come.
You just have to show up.
Women’s Circle of Malaysia is a monthly gathering for women in Kuala Lumpur held every first Thursday of the month at our HQ in Damansara Heights. It is not a workshop, a seminar or a networking event. It is a circle — a structured, facilitated space where women come to speak honestly, listen deeply, and leave differently than they arrived.
And it works. Every single time. For every kind of woman.
Let us remind you one more time: You do not pay for membership at Women’s Circle of Malaysia. You earn it through showing up, through choosing yourself — again and again — on the first Thursday of every month; and every time you do, this community gives you more in return.
Think of it like Wimbledon but better. At Wimbledon, loyalty gets you into a ballot. Here, loyalty guarantees you a spot. The women who show up consistently are the women who eventually earn access to the most exclusive experiences we offer. Your tier is yours for life. Once you earn it, you keep it. Even if you take a break and come back months later — your circles still count, your tier still stands, and you pick up exactly where you left off.
The only thing that refreshes each year is the Women’s Circle of Malaysia’s Annual Retreat ballot — a new retreat announced every year, a new chance to apply. Core Circle Members never need to apply as their spot is guaranteed every year without question.
One thing worth saying clearly: your tier is earned in the room — not online. Buying a ticket in advance does not move you up a tier. ONLY SHOWING UP DOES. Every circle that counts toward your membership is a circle you physically attended, scanned in at the door, present in the room, part of the circle. You cannot pre-book your way to Circle Leader. You cannot shortcut nine months of showing up. And honestly, you wouldn’t want to because what you earn in those nine months is not just a tier. It is the community, the relationships, and the version of yourself that keeps choosing to come back.

At 9 circles you earn the right to apply for the Women’s Circle of Malaysia’s Annual Retreat. The most vibrant, honest, and transformative WCM experience of the year.
Not everyone who applies gets in. But YOU have earned the right to try and that is not for nothing.

Core Circle Member

Twelve times you walked through the door and chose honesty over comfort, community over isolation, yourself over the endless list of other things you could have been doing. We do not have the right words for what it means to reach this tier. So we will just say this — thank you. For showing up. For being part of what makes this circle what it is. By now, you are the core of WCM. This community was built for women like you. And in many ways, it was built by women like you.
What you receive:
i. A guaranteed spot at the Annual Retreat. You will receive the first invitation, longest confirmation window and preferential rate

The Leadership Pathway
Some women come to the circle and find something that changes them so completely that they want to bring it to other women too.
For those women, there is a path being built.
The WCM Leadership Pathway will take women from Core Circle Member to Certified Circle Leader to Chapter Founder — equipped with The WCM Circle Method™, the training, and the full WCM community behind them to open their own circle in their city/state/country.
It is not for everyone and it is not automatic. It requires commitment, training, and a deep belief in what happens when women feel safe enough to tell the truth.
The pathway has three stages:
STAGE 1 Circle Leader in Training
Complete the 200-Hour WCM Circle Leadership Certification — learning the methodology, the facilitation principles, and the practice of holding honest space for women.
STAGE 2 Certified Circle Leader
Volunteer as a co-facilitator at WCM circles for a minimum of six months under mentorship and supervision.
STAGE 3 — Chapter Founder
Apply to open a WCM chapter in your city, state or country. Subject to WCM approval, a chapter agreement, and meeting our operating standards.
